GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR USING THE SITE

The web pages of site (the “Site”) are published by Investis Limited on behalf of Recordati S.p.A. and its subsidiaries (jointly referred to as the “Recordati Group”).

The use of the Site and right to download material and information therefrom are regulated by the general conditions set out below. Therefore, we kindly ask that you read these conditions and that you refrain from using the site or downloading any material or information therefrom, if you do not intend to abide thereby.

The general conditions established here are deemed to be accepted in full if you use the Site. Recordati reserves the right to suspend access to the Site or deactivate a part thereof at its discretion, at any time and without notice.

The information and data on the Site (the “Information”) are collected, distributed and periodically updated in good faith, for the sole purpose of providing facts on the activities of and companies belonging to the Recordati Group.

The Information is collected with all due diligence from publicly available documentation relating to the Recordati Group (e.g. Annual Accounts and Half-Yearly and Quarterly Reports), to which reference should be made for the obtainment of more detailed data.
Furthermore, the Information may be supplied by qualified third parties of which express mention is made and which, therefore, are clearly identifiable.
In each case, the Information is not subject to control by independent auditors.

The Information does not constitute and cannot in any way be interpreted as a public savings incentive or as an offer or recommendation to buy any financial instrument or products and lines of the Recordati Group.

4. Intellectual property rights

You are permitted to download or print the content of the Site on condition that: (a) it is used for personal purposes only and not commercially exploited; (b) it is not altered in any way; (c) any mention of the words “copyright” or exclusive are not removed.

The trade names and trade marks relating to the companies or products of the Recordati Group are the exclusive property of the companies of the Recordati Group, that is, they refer to products distributed by the Recordati Group on the basis of trade agreements with other companies. These marks are registered with the competent Italian or international authorities and are protected by the current and applicable laws. In the absence of written authorisation by the holders of rights over these marks, any reproduction or use thereof is prohibited.

5. Communications to the Site
All communications and materials transmitted by you to the Site will be deemed non-confidential. You will be held liable for the content and veracity thereof as well as any infringement of the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Transmission by you may only take place on condition that you acknowledge the irrevocable right of the Recordati Group and Investis - even if not exclusive – to reproduce, amend, publish, translate, distribute or, in any case, use in any way and using any means what has been transmitted free of charge.

6. Applicable law and competent court of jurisdiction
The applicable law for the purposes of the interpretation, fulfilment and cancellation of the terms and conditions of access to the Site is exclusively Italian law. Any dispute regarding the interpretation, fulfilment and cancellation of the terms and conditions of access to the Site shall be referred to the Court of Milan.
